Terms of Service and Disclaimer/Waiver
Ceremony/classes/seminars/workshops will be conducted through Zoom and/or in-person.
Payer/Participants must be 18 years of age or older unless otherwise specified or granted permission.
All events/classes/seminars/workshops are “for entertainment purposes only.”
This service does not replace medical, legal, financial, or mental health consultations with licensed professionals. Payer/Client/ Participant is solely responsible for all decisions made, actions taken, and conclusions reached before, during, and after this service. Provider of service Song Bird Grand Mother LLC is not liable or responsible for outcomes or losses in any way. Payer/Client/Participant will be honest to the best of their knowledge regarding their background and personal experiences. No audio or video recordings are allowed unless created by the provider of service. Payer/Client/Participant will not approach service with intent to “de-bunk” or defame provider of service without prior notification of such intent to provider of service. Song Bird Grand Mother LLC is not responsible in any way for actions, conclusions, or decisions made by Payer/Client/Participant before, during, or after service. Use service “at your own risk.”
Events are recorded and archived for legal purposes ONLY. They are NOT available for purchase and will NOT be distributed. Note-taking is strongly encouraged.
Participating in events/classes/seminars/workshops is not a guarantee or validation of your current or future level of psychic/mediumistic ability. Participant is not guaranteed any particular outcome.
Participant will NOT use Song Bird Grand Mother LLC’s name in any personal marketing/content/promotion or for any commercial purpose without Song Bird Grand Mother’s specific written consent.
Participating in a class DOES NOT certify or encourage Participant to perform any service for themselves or others.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
All sales are final.
In the event of a last-minute emergency, please contact Song Bird Grand Mother LLC as soon as you can (even after the event) to discuss a refund or participation in a future class. Accommodations may be possible.
Song Bird Grand Mother LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
If Song Bird Grand Mother LLC has to stop a class prematurely due to the actions, behavior, or intent of Participant, no refund will be issued for that Participant and that Participant may be asked to leave.
If Song Bird Grand Mother LLC has to cancel a class due to an emergency or time conflict, an offer to reschedule will be extended. If the offer to reschedule is rejected, a full refund will be issued.
No-shows will not receive a refund.
If Participant is dissatisfied with the quality of the event/service, they may leave the event service with no explanation within the first 10 minutes of the event/service and e-mail Song Bird Grand Mother LLC for a full refund. No refund requests will be accepted after 10 minutes.
There are NO exceptions to the above policies.
How To Prepare For Your Class
Bring paper, a pen, and a positive attitude! You’ll get to ask questions throughout the event. It may be helpful to write down your questions and concerns in advance. Note-taking is highly encouraged. Please be prepared to speak briefly in front of your peers. You will be amongst like-minded individuals who will have similar experiences to yours. Nothing is “too weird” to share.
Please be kind and considerate to your fellow attendees. Being open about paranormal and spiritual events and topics can be nerve-wracking, and this forum is intended to be inclusive and welcoming. Raise your hand when you’d like to contribute or comment, and be respectful while others are speaking.
You don’t need to do anything “spiritual” prior to the event; no meditating or ritual is needed.
Classes are not designed to facilitate individual readings (unless otherwise specified), but your loved ones in spirit or spirit guides may “barge in” with evidence if I am addressing you individually to validate recommendations. Please just write down any information you are given for future consideration/research.
Intuitive Development evaluations will often address lifestyle and relationship considerations. Please refrain from reacting defensively. All recommendations transmitted from Spirit are obviously optional. Always exercise your free will and discernment.
If you need to excuse yourself briefly for a bathroom/snack break or to address some other matter, please exit the Zoom and re-join when you’re able.
If you are running late for class, just pop in when you can.
YOU MUST have a quiet, private space with good internet connection to participate. If you are concerned about being overheard by others in your environment, please plan accordingly. Treat this class like any class you would take for work or for school. Please turn off all alarms, TVs, radios, and devices. Please keep pets and children quiet and entertained. I realize it’s impracticable to ban them entirely, but please ensure they don’t distract you or your peers.
DO NOT use drugs or alcohol prior to or during the event, this includes cigarettes.
Additional Considerations
DO NOT sign up for a class, reading, or event with me if you are currently or have previously experienced acute psychiatric concerns that make it difficult to discern between products of your mind and objective reality.
If you are currently being treated for anxiety or depression, please be discerning about your applications of any spiritual content or information. It may be best to get your mental health under control before exploring your spiritual side.
If you sign up for a session or event, you are certifying that you understand and agree to these terms.
